Just like many modern love stories, this one began on Tinder. Well, we had actually crossed paths a couple of times before through mutual friends before matching on the app and going through the usual song and dance of getting to know each other.

Our first date was April 17, 2019 at the Bay View establishment Burnhearts. Edson spilled his guts to Kari, and she seemed to be into it. From there, the two have shared yearly skyglider rides, many rounds of mini golf, Bucks games, concerts and Milwaukee festivals, visits to Duluth and Chicago, and a few trips, including Mexico City, Italy, and Ireland.

It was on the Emerald Isle Edson dropped down on one knee during his least favorite activity (walking). And now we're here and can't wait to celebrate our special day with family and friends!
